1. Discipleship and Spiritual Growth

  • Goal: Cultivate a deep relationship with God, instill foundational Christian values, and encourage lifelong commitment to discipleship.

  • Components:

    • Daily Devotionals (1 hour daily):

      • Format: Begin each day with a structured devotion, including scripture reading, meditation, and silent prayer.

      • Guided Journaling: Reflect on daily readings and personal experiences. Journals serve as a tool for self-reflection and spiritual tracking.

      • Community Devotionals: Weekly gathering to share reflections and lessons learned, encouraging communal growth.

    • Mentorship Program:

      • Mentor Pairing: Each student is assigned a mentor, ideally a senior church member or an experienced missionary.

      • Bi-weekly Check-ins: Regular sessions to discuss spiritual progress, challenges, and personal goals.

      • Goal Setting and Accountability: Develop spiritual and practical goals, with mentors providing accountability and guidance.

    • Discipleship Classes (2-3 hours weekly):

      • Topics: Christian ethics, spiritual disciplines, and the life of Jesus.

      • Workshops: Interactive sessions on fasting, prayer, worship, and personal integrity.

      • Scripture Memorization: Focus on key passages to build a strong theological foundation.
