Bringing hope, sharing Christ’s love, and standing alongside those in need.

Dear Friends and Ministry Partners,

Grace and peace to you in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

We are deeply grateful for your faithful prayers, generosity, and continued partnership. Through your kindness, we are able to reach people facing extraordinary challenges, offering practical assistance, encouragement, and the hope found in Jesus Christ.

Today, we would like to share two important updates from our mission work in Venezuela and Cuba.

VENEZUELA: A LIFE PRECIOUS IN GOD’S EYES

In the aftermath of a tragedy in Venezuela, an elderly gentleman named Mr Rubens was found amongst the rubble and taken to hospital.

According to the information we received, none of his family members had survived. Alone, vulnerable, and facing an uncertain future, he desperately needed someone to stand beside him and help provide the care he could no longer manage himself.

When we received an urgent request for assistance, we knew that compassion needed to become action.

Thanks to the generosity of our friends and ministry partners, we were able to provide financial assistance for a nurse to care for him, a wheelchair, and essential medical, personal care, and hygiene supplies.

These were more than practical provisions. They were expressions of Christ’s love reaching someone during one of the most difficult moments of his life.

The photographs accompanying this newsletter show Mr Rubens receiving care in hospital and using his wheelchair. We share these images with respect for his dignity and as part of our commitment to transparency and accountability.

Behind every donation is a precious human life. Behind every act of generosity is an opportunity to demonstrate that no one should be forgotten.

We subsequently received a message informing us that Mr Rubens had been discharged from hospital but had nowhere to live.

Please continue praying for his recovery, his protection, and for a safe place where he can receive the ongoing care and support he needs.

"Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth." — 1 John 3:18

VENEZUELA: A CHURCH THAT NEVER STOPS PRAYING

Even in the midst of severe hardship, something remarkable is happening amongst our brothers and sisters in Venezuela.

The church continues praying 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Despite the challenges surrounding them, believers remain steadfast in their faith, lifting their voices to God and trusting in His unfailing promises.

Their perseverance is a powerful testimony that the Church of Jesus Christ is not defined by its circumstances, but by the presence and power of the living God.

We are deeply encouraged by their commitment to prayer and their determination to remain faithful.

We invite you to stand with them in intercession, praying for the Church, for families, for those suffering, and for the future of Venezuela.

May the Lord strengthen His people, renew their hope, and open doors for the Gospel to reach many more lives.

CUBA: FAITH THAT CONTINUES TO FLOURISH AMIDST ADVERSITY

Our hearts are also deeply connected to our brothers and sisters in Cuba, where we continue supporting Pastor Aldoris and his congregation.

Life remains extremely difficult for many families. Food and medicines are often scarce, electricity may be available for only a few hours each day, and ordinary daily needs have become enormous challenges.

Alongside these material difficulties, believers face spiritual struggles that require courage, perseverance, and continual dependence upon the Lord.

Yet, in the midst of these hardships, we are witnessing something truly encouraging.

The church remains spiritually vibrant, and the congregation continues to grow as new people join the fellowship.

What a wonderful testimony of God's faithfulness!

Even when resources are limited, the Gospel continues to be proclaimed. Even when circumstances appear overwhelming, believers continue gathering, worshipping, praying, and sharing the love of Jesus Christ.

Their faith reminds us that the power of the Gospel cannot be measured by material abundance.

We praise God for Pastor Aldoris, his dedication, and the steadfast commitment of the congregation.

YOUR GENEROSITY IS MAKING A DIFFERENCE

We continue providing financial assistance to the church in Cuba, helping our brothers and sisters as they navigate these extraordinary difficulties.

But the needs remain significant.

That is why we are inviting you to continue standing alongside us in this mission of compassion, faith, and hope.

Your generosity helps us bring the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to those who have yet to discover the hope of eternal life.

It also enables us to provide practical care for vulnerable people, encourage struggling families, and strengthen churches faithfully serving their communities.

Every prayer matters. Every contribution makes a difference. Every expression of love can become a testimony of God's goodness.

We believe that when God's people come together in faith and compassion, lives can be transformed and hope can be restored.

ONE BODY, ONE FAITH, ONE MISSION

The Scriptures remind us:

"If one part suffers, every part suffers with it." — 1 Corinthians 12:26

We are one body in Christ.

When a brother or sister suffers, we are called to respond with compassion. When a church perseveres through hardship, we have the privilege of standing beside it.

Our mission is not simply to meet immediate needs, but to reflect the heart of Jesus Christ through everything we do.

We cannot reach everyone, but together, by God's grace, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those He places before us.

THANK YOU FOR STANDING WITH US

To every friend, prayer partner, and supporter: thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Your faithfulness, compassion, and generosity are helping us continue this work.

Please keep Venezuela, Cuba, Mr Rubens, Pastor Aldoris, and the congregations we serve in your prayers.

May the Lord bless you abundantly, strengthen your faith, and continue using your life as an instrument of His love and grace.

Together, we can continue bringing hope, caring for lives, strengthening the Church, and proclaiming the glorious Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

With heartfelt gratitude, love, and prayers in Christ,

Pastor Eddie & Vilma Brito
